Broken Spring Repair

Springs are the hardest-working part of your door and the first to fail. Most are rated for about 10,000 cycles, roughly seven years of normal use. Signs you have a broken spring: a visible gap in the coil above the door, the door opening a few inches then stopping, or a loud bang from the garage. Never attempt this repair yourself.

Garage Door Opener Repair
